We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Team Lead to lead our Academic Counseling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, mentoring counselors, and ensuring the team consistently achieves performance targets while delivering an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the Academic Counseling team.
- Monitor daily lead follow-ups and admission conversions.
- Set individual and team targets, and track performance.
- Coach and mentor counselors to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Ensure timely follow-up of inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.




- Coordinate with the Admissions and Academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Implement strategies to improve admissions and team performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, business development, or sales.

Preferred Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed admission or sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
