Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to support our sales and service teams by handling customer interactions over phone. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining solid customer relationships in the automobile sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

- Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information

- Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales/service teams

- Follow up with customers for feedback and service reminders

- Maintain and update customer databases

- Coordinate with sales and service teams for closures

- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary





- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

Key Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in local language and basic English

- Basic knowledge of automobile sector

- Ability to handle customer queries effectively

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)

- Ability to work under targets and pressure

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
