We are seeking an experienced and vigilant Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and lead a team of security guards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure workplace, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and supervising security staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage security guards across assigned shifts.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
- Monitor access control, visitor management, and security checkpoints.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain daily occurrence reports, attendance, and incident records.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate security personnel.
- Coordinate with management to implement security policies and procedures.
- Ensure discipline, professionalism, and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle emergency situations.
- Basic computer knowledge for report preparation.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
