Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining our products and services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
