About the Role

We are looking for a creative, camera-friendly, and confident Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging Instagram content, staying updated with social media trends, and producing high-quality videos that increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts.
- Confidently appear on camera for promotional, educational, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Generate creative content ideas based on current Instagram trends.
- Write scripts, captions, and content briefs for social media.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram and other social platforms.
- Create product showcases, feature demonstrations, office culture videos, and team interactions.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to execute content campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
- Monitor content performance and optimize future content based on analytics and engagement.
- Represent the brand professionally in videos and social media campaigns.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or currently pursuing the final year).
- Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Good communication and storytelling skills.
- Basic photography and videography skills.




- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN Editor, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating Instagram Reels with good engagement.
- Understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and viral content.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic graphic design.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
