Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, camera-friendly Video Presenter cum Social Media Executive to be the on-screen face of Aeden's digital content and to manage the brand's presence across social media platforms. The role combines on-camera presenting with hands-on content creation, posting, and community engagement to build audience reach and brand visibility.

This is a creative, execution-focused role suited to someone comfortable in front of the camera and fluent in social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

On-Camera Presenting

- Present and host video content — product features, brand stories, reels, campaigns, and promotional videos.
- Deliver scripted and unscripted content naturally and engagingly on camera.
- Collaborate on scripting, storyboarding, and content ideas.

Content Creation

- Plan, shoot, and assist in editing short-form and long-form video content.
- Generate ideas for reels, shorts, and trend-based content relevant to the brand.
- Coordinate with design/editing resources to deliver polished output.

Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain Aeden's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others as relevant).




- Plan and maintain a content calendar; schedule and publish posts consistently.
- Track trends, hashtags, and platform features to keep content current.

Engagement & Growth

- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally.
- Monitor engagement metrics and reach; report on performance.
- Suggest improvements to grow followers, reach, and engagement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in video presenting, content creation, or social media management.
- Solid on-camera presence, confidence, and clear verbal communication.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (an added advantage for regional content).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.

Added advantages:

- A portfolio, showreel, or existing social media content to demonstrate on-camera work.
- Experience with paid social campaigns or analytics tools.
- Photography or graphic design skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
