Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our domestic and international business. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical raw materials and excellent communication and relationship management skills. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

· Generate leads and build relationships with pharmaceutical companies, nutraceutical manufacturers, importers, exporters, distributors, and B2B clients.

· Promote the company's portfolio of pharmaceutical raw materials, botanical extracts, herbal powders, essential oils, and nutraceutical ingredients.

· Conduct market research to identify customer requirements and industry trends.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.

· Coordinate with production,



quality assurance, logistics, and export teams to ensure timely order execution.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

· Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products.

· Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular business development reports.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

· Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) – Mandatory

· Freshers are encouraged to apply.

· Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, B2B sales, export sales, or marketing will be preferred.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials and the pharmaceutical industry.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

· Willingness to travel as required for business meetings and exhibitions.
