Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for material handling equipment, particularly unloading machines.
- Conduct regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and servicing at customer sites.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely after-sales and warranty support.
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out necessary repairs to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Provide field technical support and resolve equipment issues at customer locations.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure equipment meets quality and performance standards before delivery.
- Train machine operators on safe and efficient equipment handling and operating procedures.
- Support customers with routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate the availability and distribution of spare parts to customers and field teams.
- Coordinate equipment and spare-parts dispatches efficiently.
- Maintain optimum spare-parts inventory at the warehouse.




- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and support customer service requirements.
- Assist customers with warranty extensions and related service requirements.
- Carry out mandatory warranty services and prepare/share MIS reports.
- Identify opportunities for after-sales services, spare-parts sales, AMC, and other OEM business development activities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in Service Engineering / After-Sales
- Experience in material handling equipment / industrial machinery
- Strong troubleshooting, maintenance & field service skills
- Knowledge of PDI, AMC, warranty & spare parts
- Good communication, customer-handling & interpersonal skills
- Robust problem-solving and business-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to customer locations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
