Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads, manage customer relationships, coordinate with the sales team, and support the end-to-end sales process to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up and nurture assigned leads.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify opportunities.
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM.
- Track and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams for customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations and proposals.
- Ensure timely follow-up and sales coordination.
- Escalate qualified opportunities to the respective sales team.
- Generate sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure smooth lead-to-sales handover.
