- Handle incoming leads and dealer inquiries.
- Coordinate dealer registration and onboarding for our cloud AI software platform.
- Manage dealer bookings and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential and existing dealers to ensure timely conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for onboarding, activation, and issue resolution.
- Maintain daily reports of leads, bookings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and business partners.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
