Job Description

We are looking for an AIML Engineer with 5–7 years of Data Science experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). The candidate should have expertise in developing end-to-end MMM solutions, solid Python programming skills, experience in media budget optimization, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven marketing insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects.
- Develop end-to-end Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) solutions, including data processing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), short-term and long-term modeling, and optimization.
- Apply marketing concepts such as Adstock, Carryover, and Saturation while building MMM models.




- Develop and implement additive, multiplicative, and Bayesian Regression models for marketing analytics.
- Build and optimize media budget optimization solutions using Python or R.
- Perform data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance and accuracy.
- Develop production-quality Python code by following coding best practices and version control using Git.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide analytical insights, and deliver business-focused AI/ML solutions.
- Ensure high-quality model development, optimization, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹1,696,066.35 per month
