We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Operations Intern with a strong background in the holiday travel industry. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn selling holiday packages, handling client operations during travel, creating customized itineraries, and coordinating with vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages
- Understand customer requirements and create customized travel itineraries
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel vendors for quotations and bookings
- Manage end-to-end holiday operations from booking till trip completion
- Assist and support customers during travel for smooth trip execution




- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and service quality
- Ensure timely sharing of vouchers, confirmations, and travel documents
- Maintain good relationships with clients and travel partners

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of holiday destinations and travel planning
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Vendor negotiation and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of itinerary costing and quotations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
