Operations Manager (Remote – India)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve processes, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across India. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily business operations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve business goals.
- Analyze workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Resolve operational issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Support senior management with operational planning and strategy.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,



or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations or team management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience leading remote teams.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-time
