Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our energetic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within a defined geographic territory to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales cycle, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients,



effectively communicating value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer success and address any issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
