Role purpose: Owns end-to-end architecture for government-grade platforms on Microsoft Azure: landing zones, application and integration architecture, security-by-design, and the solution design documentation.

Key responsibilities:

▪ Author and defend solution design documents covering architecture, data models, integrations, disaster recovery, and security controls.

▪ Design configurable workflow/case-management architectures (state machines, forms engines, business-rule configuration) that clients administer without vendor code changes.

▪ Define and meet non-functional targets: high availability (99.9%+), RPO/RTO objectives, in-country data residency, and classified-data handling.

▪ Review all technical deliverables; own technical debt, capacity, and performance budgets.

Qualifications & certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) mandatory; TOGAF advantageous.

Experience & languages: 12+ years in solution architecture, 5+ on Azure government workloads in the GCC; English mandatory, Arabic advantageous.
