- Inspections & Testing: Perform routine in-process and final inspections on products. Use precision tools (e.g., calipers, gauges) to verify physical dimensions and performance. [1, 2, 3]
- Defect Management: Identify and isolate defective materials. Investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions to production teams. [1, 2, 3]
- Documentation: Record inspection data, testing results, and defect rates in quality control databases. [1]
- Equipment Calibration: Ensure measurement tools and testing equipment are properly calibrated, clean, and secure to use. [1, 2]
- Compliance & Audits: Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
