Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10 diagnosis codes.
- Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and internal quality standards.
- Audit coded data to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with billing and quality assurance teams for smooth claim processes.
- Identify documentation gaps and communicate with appropriate teams for clarification.
- Stay current with updates and revisions to ICD-10 coding standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of patient data at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's degree.
