Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Zoho Developer to lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Zoho applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in the Zoho ecosystem, strong technical leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and other Zoho products.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, Deluge scripts, custom functions, widgets, and extensions.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while optimizing system performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solution security, scalability, and maintainability.




- Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
- Stay updated with the latest Zoho platform features and best practices.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho platform development.
- Solid knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and Zoho Flow.
- Experience integrating Zoho applications using REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and JSON/XML.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with custom modules, workflows, blueprints, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with multiple Zoho applications (Books, Desk, People, Inventory, Analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and integration tools.
- Zoho certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
