Overview: A store manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a retail store.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Staff management: Hiring, training, and supervising employees, including sales representatives and retail store clerks

· Inventory management: Maintaining inventory levels, ensuring stocking, and implementing purchasing plans

· Sales management: Meeting sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and creating promotions

· Customer service: Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service

· Store maintenance: Ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times

· Financial management: Managing all controllable costs and bank drop-offs

· Health and safety:



Adhering to health and safety protocols and policies

· Store layout: Optimizing store layouts

· Communication: Using various software applications and tools to communicate with customers effectively

Shift Timings: 10.00-9.00pm
