About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong, focused background in hospitality/F&B;/hotel recruitment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience hiring for restaurant/hotel operations and corporate roles from entry-level staff to mid-management and understands the pace and volume demands of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle for hospitality brands — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Drive bulk/volume hiring for operational roles (General Managers, Restaurant Managers, Chefs, Stewards, Bartenders, Outlet Managers, Guest Relations, F&B; Service staff) as well as corporate hospitality roles.
- Partner with regional/brand HR and business heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans across locations.
- Manage sourcing through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna), social media, employee referrals, hospitality institutes, and recruitment agencies/vendors.
- Track and report TAT (Turnaround Time), open positions, offer-to-joining ratios, and agency-wise hiring performance.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-attrition/high-volume hospitality roles.




- Coordinate walk-in drives, campus hiring from hotel management institutes, and job fairs.
- Negotiate offers within budget/band and ensure smooth candidate experience through onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS/dashboards and ensure compliance with hiring SLAs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5–7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4+ years exclusively in hospitality/hotel/F&B;/restaurant industry recruitment.
- Strong understanding of hospitality role hierarchies (operations vs. corporate) and industry-specific hiring challenges (high attrition, seasonal demand, location-based hiring).
- Experience handling bulk/volume hiring and multi-location recruitment.
- Positive stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with Operations Heads, Regional HRs, and Brand teams.
- Proficient in Naukri/Indeed/LinkedIn/Apna sourcing, ATS tools, and Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualification: Graduate (any stream); MBA/PGDM HR preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
