Maintenance & Facility Operations

- Execute basic repairs: Fix minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues.
- Conduct facility inspections: Check office and factory infrastructure regularly.
- Perform preventive care: Schedule routine asset servicing to minimize equipment breakdown.
- Supervise physical spaces: Monitor structural upkeep, cleanliness, and layout safety standards.
- Manage safety protocols: Oversee access control, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.

Office Administration & Support

- Maintain asset records: Update logs for tools, mobile devices, furniture, and laptops.
- Control supply inventory: Track and restock office stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate desk logs: Direct couriers, track mail, and manage visitor sign-in books.
- Organize documentation: Maintain digital and physical folders for compliance, contracts, and insurance.
- Assist event setups:



Rearrange rooms and equipment for corporate meetings, workshops, or functions.

Vendor & Financial Coordination

- Liaise with contractors: Act as the primary contact for major repairs, landscaping, or cleaning services.
- Source business quotes: Gather pricing from third-party vendors for tools, repairs, or service upgrades.
- Track billing invoices: Review incoming utility or contractor receipts and forward them to finance teams.
- Monitor upkeep budgets: Keep tracking reports of daily facility expenses to preven
