Job Title: OT Technician (Ophthalmology)
Location: Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital
Experience: 4–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the ophthalmic operation theatre.
- Assist surgeons during eye surgeries (Cataract, Retina, Glaucoma, Cornea, etc.).
- Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control protocols.
- Operate and maintain OT equipment.
- Maintain OT inventory and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital quality and patient safety standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology.
- 4–5 years of experience in an ophthalmic OT.
- Knowledge of ophthalmic instruments, sterilization, and OT protocols.
- Positive communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Preferred: Experience in an NABH-accredited hospital and familiarity with advanced ophthalmic OT equipment.
