We are looking for a Full Stack Developer. You'll work across the stack on live applications, deployment and DevOps practices, and build features that use AI, LLMs, and contemporary AI-assisted development tools. This role suits someone coming from an IT or e-learning background who has shipped and maintained multiple applications end to end.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend components.
- Create and maintain databases, including data modeling, optimization, and migrations.
- Implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, including backend services using FastAPI.
- Design and refine prompts (system and user) for AI/LLM-driven features.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor as part of the regular development workflow.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to identify and fix issues.




- Troubleshoot existing scripts and carry out point bug fixes or application redesign as needed.
- Collaborate on code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Assist in deployment and maintenance of applications across various hosting environments, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- minimum 4–8 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
- In-depth understanding of the web development lifecycle — object-oriented programming, design patterns, development, and deployment.
- Good knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD.
- Background in the IT or e-learning industry.
- Experience working on and shipping multiple applications, not just a single long-term project.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Role Details

- Location: Work From Office – Pune
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
