Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Placement Coordinator to facilitate campus placements by coordinating with students, recruiters, and academic departments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate campus placement drives and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and corporate partners.
- Communicate placement opportunities to students.
- Schedule interviews, aptitude tests, and placement events.
- Maintain placement records, reports, and student databases.
- Assist students with placement-related documentation.
- Organize career guidance sessions and employer engagement programs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid coordination and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
