Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in café or restaurant management within Odisha and possess strong leadership, customer service, and business management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day café operations efficiently.
- Lead, train, and supervise café staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food and beverage quality standards.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.




- Coordinate with management for business growth and promotional activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar managerial role.
- Experience must be from Odisha-based cafés and restaurants only.
- Age should be up to 38 years.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in managing high-volume café operations will be an added advantage.
