We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Study Abroad Consultant to guide students who aspire to pursue higher education in Ireland, Germany, USA, France, Canada, and the UK. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills with a strong ability to convert leads into successful admissions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Counsel students on study abroad opportunities in Ireland, Germany, USA, France, Canada, and the UK.

· Understand students' academic background, career goals, and financial profile to recommend suitable universities and programs.

· Provide detailed information on universities, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.

· Assist students throughout the admission process, from course selection to university applications.

· Explain visa requirements and support students during the visa application process.

· Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.

· Convert enquiries into successful admissions while achieving monthly admission targets.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, student interactions, and application status in the CRM.

· Coordinate with the admissions, visa, and documentation teams to ensure a smooth student journey.

· Stay updated on university intakes, immigration policies, scholarships,



and education trends for the destination countries.

· Participate in educational seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional events.

· Build long-term relationships with students by providing timely guidance and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

· 1–2 years of experience in study abroad counselling.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Knowledge of admission processes for Ireland, Germany, USA, France, Canada, and the UK is preferred.

· Strong counselling, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Target-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools.
