- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans, worksheets, assessments and assignments.
- Strengthen students’ reading, writing, speaking and comprehension skills.
- Provide academic support to board-class students through extra classes and doubt sessions.
- Maintain proper records of student performance, attendance and progress.
- Develop students’ appreciation of literature, literary devices, and creative writing.
- Integrate ICT tools and contemporary teaching pedagogies.
- Organize activities such as debates, poetry recitations, literary clubs, assemblies and exhibitions.
- Prepare students for board examinations, competitions and Olympiads.
- Collaborate with staff for curriculum planning, events, and workshops.
- Ensure discipline, value education and positive classroom environment.
