Key Responsibilities

- Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, sputum, and other specimens).
- Perform routine laboratory tests in Hematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Serology, and Microbiology.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and analyzers.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of test results.
- Maintain laboratory quality control procedures and standards.
- Follow infection control, safety, and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Maintain laboratory inventory and monitor reagent stock levels.
- Assist doctors and pathologists with diagnostic procedures when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports to patients and clinicians.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and laboratory records.





Required Qualifications

- DMLT / BMLT (Mandatory)
- Registration with relevant authority (if applicable)

Skills Required

- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team workplace
- Basic computer knowledge and laboratory software handling
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital diagnostic laboratory preferred.
