We are hiring a Telecaller to build prospect lists, make outbound calls, qualify interest, and set up meetings for our sales team.

Responsibilities

- Research and build your own prospect lists using Google Maps, Instagram, Justdiall, and local directories
- Identify businesses that fit our client profile across Tirupati and nearby towns
- Make outbound calls to prospects you have sourced
- Explain Codekraft's services clearly and answer basic queries
- Qualify leads and identify genuine interest
- Schedule meetings for the field sales team
- Maintain accurate call logs and update lead status
- Follow up with warm leads at set intervals
- Meet daily and weekly targets for prospects added, calls made, and meetings booked

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers welcome,



prior telecalling, inside sales, or customer service experience is a plus
- Fluent Telugu and clear conversational English
- Comfortable using Google, Google Maps, Instagram, and spreadsheets to find business contacts
- Resourceful and able to work without a ready-made database
- Comfortable with high call volumes and handling rejection
- Patient, persistent, and disciplined about follow-ups
