Role Summary

We are looking for a Video Editor Intern who is passionate about creating engaging video content and basic graphic assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Create thumbnails and simple graphics using Adobe Photoshop.
- Trim, sequence, and assemble clips, add transitions, text overlays, subtitles, music, and sound effects.
- Resize and reformat videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, website, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to translate briefs and scripts into engaging video content.
- Colour correct, adjust audio levels, and clean up footage to maintain a consistent, qualified quality.
- Support production of short-form videos, reels, testimonials, event recaps, and promotional content.
- Add transitions, music, subtitles, and motion graphics where required.
- Organise and maintain video assets, raw footage,



and project files in an accessible, well-structured library.
- Incorporate feedback from senior editors and stakeholders to refine and finalise edits.
- Stay current with video editing trends, formats, and tools, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Film, Media Production, Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro; familiarity with After Effects or CapCut is a plus.
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating editing fundamentals — pacing, storytelling, transitions, and sound design.

· Good communication and willingness to learn.

· Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

· Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audio editing.

· Familiarity with GEN AI (Important)
