We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Lead Generation Executive (Non-Voice) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy online research, data management, and working with business information in a structured environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential B2B leads using online platforms, directories, and business databases.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate lead information.
- Use Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP) to organize, clean, and manage lead data.
- Qualify leads based on predefined business criteria.
- Share verified and high-quality leads with the sales team.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all collected information.
- Maintain and update lead databases on a regular basis.
- Work closely with internal teams to support lead generation initiatives.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets.

RequirementsQualifications

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, data entry, back office, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Knowledge

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP is mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic internet research and data collection skills.




- Ability to verify and maintain accurate business information.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
