About the Role

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a passionate and creative Junior Interior Designer to join our design team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in retail and commercial interior design. The selected candidate will support senior designers in preparing design concepts, technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing retail, commercial, and residential interior projects.
- Prepare 2D drawings, layout plans, furniture layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Support the development of 3D models and presentation renders.
- Assist in preparing mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with senior designers, production, and project execution teams.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and project coordination when required.
- Assist in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories.
- Update design revisions based on client and management feedback.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing records.




- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with project requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Interior Design (Freshers can apply).
- Basic knowledge of retail or commercial interior projects is an advantage.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
