Job Summary

Responsible for operating the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to perform dimensional inspection of precision components, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, GD&T; requirements, and customer quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and run CMM inspection programs for component measurement.
- Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Generate CMM inspection reports and maintain inspection records.
- Identify, report, and segregate non-conforming components.
- Verify CMM calibration status and maintain measurement accuracy.
- Follow quality procedures, ISO/IATF standards, and safety guidelines.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience operating CMM machines in an automotive or precision machining industry.
- Hands-on experience with PC-DMIS, Zeiss CALYPSO, Mitutoyo MCOSMOS, or similar CMM software.
- Positive understanding of GD&T; and dimensional inspection techniques.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
