US IT Recruiter

Experience: 06 Months to 1 years of experience

Qualification: B.tech, BCA, MCA, BSC. IT

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions across multiple technologies and domains.
- Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and business requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollout and onboarding activities.




- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
