- Coordinate daily activities of the sales team.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle and supervise the telecalling team.
- Assign leads to telecallers and track follow-ups.
- Monitor telecaller productivity and call quality.
- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer database and CRM records.
- Prepare quotations and assist in order processing.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Generate daily and monthly management reports.
- Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
