Role Overview:

- We’re hiring a Tender Executive with experience in Government e‑Marketplace (GeM) and tender portals. The role involves identifying tenders, preparing bids, coordinating documentation, and supporting order conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search & identify tenders on GeM/other portals
- Prepare & submit bids with complete documentation
- Upload/manage product catalogues & specs
- Prepare L1 comparison sheets & quotations
- Assist customers in catalogue selection & direct orders
- Respond to buyer queries & clarifications
- Maintain records of tenders/orders won/lost
- Handle EMD, Bank Guarantees (BG) & related documentation
- Support vendor registration, approvals & renewals

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline




- 2+ years’ tendering / GeM / procurement experience
- Knowledge of GeM portal & tender processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, documentation
- Strong attention to detail & communication skills

Preferred:

- Experience in engineering/industrial products
- Familiarity with PSU/Government procurement
