Rita Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at our authorized dealership, Rita Suzuki, located in Panchamahala, Angul.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Consultation: Greet walk-in clients, understand their vehicle needs, and present suitable Suzuki two-wheeler models with full product feature walkthroughs.
- Test Rides: Arrange and conduct safe test rides to give prospective buyers hands-on vehicle experience.
- Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up with prospective buyers, web inquiries, and referrals to maximize monthly sales conversions.
- Financing & Documentation: Guide customers through vehicle financing, insurance schemes, and complete documentation smoothly.
- Vehicle Handover:



Coordinate with inventory and workshop teams to deliver a memorable, high-satisfaction vehicle handover experience.
- Reporting: Maintain clean records of customer interactions, daily sales activities, and inquiry statuses.

Requirements:

- Education: Any Graduate (BBA or MBA in Marketing preferred).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven track record in sales (Automobile / Two-Wheeler / Retail sales experience is a big plus).
- Skills: Robust negotiation skills, excellent verbal communication, customer-first attitude, basic computer literacy.

- Working Hours: 9 hours per day (Includes scheduled breaks)
- Day shift
