Position: Education Head
Location: Surat
Employment Type: Full time
Experience: 5–8Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the academy's academic and operational activities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor faculty members.
- Develop academic plans, timetables, and curriculum strategies.
- Monitor student performance and improve learning outcomes.
- Handle parent interactions and resolve academic concerns.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in the education industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
