Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role is crucial for driving client satisfaction, retention, and business growth by acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving financial objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and identify appropriate products or services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution and escalation when necessary.




- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products and services to existing clients based on their needs and our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Monitor client accounts, analyze financial data, and provide regular updates and performance reviews to clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client service and solution delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to better advise clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client retention, revenue growth, and recent business acquisition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
