Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Contracts to lead contract execution, customer coordination, engineering documentation, and fabrication project management while ensuring compliance with quality and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage contract execution and project coordination.
- Coordinate with customers and ensure timely document submissions.
- Review engineering drawings and project documentation.
- Plan and monitor fabrication activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Project teams.
- Track project progress and maintain ERP records.
- Lead the Contracts team and resolve project-related issues.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in Fabrication, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, or EPC.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, engineering documentation,



and fabrication.
- Experience with ISO standards, ERP systems, and customer coordination.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and team management skills.
