Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling electrical products, consumer electronics, or home appliances and be passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and warranties.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote offers, cross-sell, and up-sell products.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.




- Support stock management and inventory checks.
- Coordinate with the billing and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on new products and promotions.

Qualifications

- Plus Two (Higher Secondary), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales at an Electrical, Electronics, or Home Appliances showroom.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
- Good knowledge of consumer electronics and electrical products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
