The General Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of all company operations, ensuring the effective coordination of HR & Administration, Accounts, Production, Purchase, Stores, Service, Designing, and Marketing departments. The role focuses on achieving business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct and coordinate the activities of HR & Administration, Accounts, Production, Purchase, Stores, Designing, Service, and Marketing departments.
- Develop and implement business strategies, annual plans, and organizational objectives.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure achievement of operational, financial, and quality targets.
- Review production planning, procurement, inventory, customer service, and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, statutory regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Optimize resources to improve productivity, quality,



cost, and delivery performance.
- Review budgets, financial performance, and profitability with the Accounts Department.
- Strengthen customer relationships and support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience in PLC Panel manufacturing industries is preferred.
