AI Workflow & Automation Developer — LegalTech / Operations Automation

Location - Delhi

Preference: Delhi-NCR or candidate willing to work under structured reporting.

Engagement Type - Full-time

Initial probation: 30–60 days

Work will be milestone-based with weekly review.

About Us

We are building founder-controlled AI and automation systems for legal, compliance, document processing, cyber-crime financial trail matters, client intake, case tracking, and operational workflows.

The role is not about theoretical AI research or training large language models. It is about building practical, secure, usable internal tools that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and create scalable systems.

Role Summary

We are looking for a practical developer who can build AI-assisted workflow tools using Python, APIs, databases, document extraction, dashboards, and automation.

The developer will work under a controlled architecture where tasks, code, credentials, data, and deployment are managed by the founder/office. The ideal person should be comfortable working from clear tickets, SOPs, approval gates, and milestone-based deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Build internal tools using Python, FastAPI, SQLite/PostgreSQL, and simple web dashboards.

Develop document extraction workflows for PDFs, images, Excel files, Google Sheets, and structured legal/case data.

Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs where required.

Build local-first tools for:

case intake, PDF/NCRP extraction,



account/UTR mapping, delay alerts, staff task tracking,

document generation, evidence logs, client/case dashboards.

Maintain clean code, logs, version control, and documentation.

Work only inside approved repositories, systems, and development environments.

Follow strict confidentiality and data-handling protocols.

Provide daily/weekly progress updates with screenshots, commits, and working demos.

Create modules that are easy for non-technical staff to use.

Ensure every feature has:

input format, output format, error handling, test sample, user instructions, founder approval before final merge/deployment.

· Experience with prompt engineering and LLM workflows

· Experience building admin panels or internal tools





· Strict Working Conditions

The selected developer must agree that:

All code, workflows, prompts, datasets, documents, and architecture created during the engagement belong exclusively to the firm/founder.

No code, data, prompts, case files, client documents, API keys, screenshots, or business ideas may be copied, reused, disclosed, uploaded, shared, or demonstrated outside the approved work environment.

Work must be done only in approved repositories, approved folders, and approved systems.

External libraries, tools, APIs, or cloud platforms cannot be introduced without prior approval.

No production data shall be downloaded, exported, emailed, copied to personal devices, or used for portfolio/demo purposes.

The developer will not claim ownership over any workflow, product idea, software module, business logic, prompt, or automation built during the engagement.

Final payment for each milestone will be linked to working delivery, source code handover, documentation, and acceptance testing.

Reporting Structure

The developer will report directly to the founder.

Each task will be assigned through written tickets containing:

objective, input files, expected output, deadline, acceptance criteria, permitted tools, restrictions,

test data, approval status.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
