Job Overview:

We are looking for a Training & Developemnt Executive who is passionate about learning and employee development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting training programs to help employees improve their skills, knowledge, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize training programs for current and existing employees of all operational departements.
- Assist HR Manager in preparation for training calender monthly, quarterly & yearly.
- Identify training needs by coordinating with department heads.
- Prepare training schedules, presentations, and learning materials.
- Track employee attendance, training schedule and training records.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and collect feedback.




- Ensure all training activities are completed as per the company calendar.
- Prepare reports on training progress and employee participation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in training, learning & development, soft skilll & hospitality training.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
