Requirements
– Supervise day-to-day production activities in panel manufacturing.
– Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning schedule.
Monitor fabrication, assembly, busbar, wiring, and testing activities.
– Coordinate with Planning, Design, Purchase, QC, and Stores departments for smooth workflow.
– Ensure proper allocation of manpower and machine utilization.
– Supervise technicians, electricians, fabricators, and helpers.
– Train workers on process improvements and safety practices.
– Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and productivity of workforce.
Working Experience: 5+ years or more
Qualification : Diploma (EEE/ECE/Mech)
