Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator who can efficiently handle computer operations along with dispatch-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing dispatch documents, coordinating with courier/logistics partners, and ensuring timely dispatch of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with courier, transport, and logistics partners for timely dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records and update Excel sheets on a daily basis.
- Generate reports using MS Excel and other office software.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Verify dispatched materials against invoices and packing lists.
- Track shipments and update customers/internal teams regarding dispatch status.
- Maintain stock inward and outward records.
- Coordinate with the Production, Sales, and Accounts departments for smooth dispatch operations.
- Handle emails, print documents, and maintain proper filing of records.
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is complete and accurate.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator or Dispatch Executive.
- Freshers with valuable computer knowledge may also apply.

Skills Required

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Strong data entry and typing skills.
- Basic knowledge of dispatch, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in dispatch, warehouse, or manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with invoicing, courier management, and stock records.
