Bartender Position in Viman Nagar

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team in Viman Nagar. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating welcoming experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
- Engage with customers to take orders and ensure a pleasant experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Mix ingredients according to recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide recommendations based on guests' tastes and preferences.
- Manage inventory and monitor the supply of alcohol and ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
- Prepare garnishes and glassware to enhance drink presentation.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Assist in training new bartenders and staff on bar procedures.
- Participate in special events and promotions as necessary.




- Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and eagerness to learn.
- Knowledge of local laws regarding alcohol service and safety.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and boxes.
- We're looking for a Commis Chef 3 with a Hotel Management degree or diploma, specializing in Continental Cuisine (Freshers can apply) for The Irish House, Powai Unit

Salary - 13,000 + Cash tips+ Service charges
