Job Summary

The Centre Head is responsible for the overall management and performance of the centre. This role focuses on driving admissions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining academic quality, leading the centre team, and delivering an excellent experience for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve admissions, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Generate leads through local marketing activities and institutional partnerships.
- Manage the daily operations of the centre and ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor fee collections, expenses, and overall centre performance.
- Ensure high standards of academic delivery and student satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the centre team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in branch management, operations, business development, or the education sector.
- Strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
- Target-driven, customer-focused, and capable of managing a high-performing team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
