Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Position: Team Leader
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1.5 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Education Counsellors.
- Drive team performance to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Handle escalated student queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing teams.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
- Ensure high-quality counselling and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1.5 years of Team Leader experience in an Overseas Education Consultancy.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of study abroad admissions and visa processes.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and lead by example.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
