Job Purpose
Enhance business development as per bank objectives and ensure quality customer service through wealth management techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Slabs
Achieve 55, 75, and 100 Lacs TPP and banking targets.
Individual PBG Targets across TPP (40%)
Meet absolute targets measured by achievement over target.
Banking Targets - Individual (10%)
Achieve banking targets focusing on defined income objectives. Ensure base penetration with relevant products.
Customer level profitability objectives to be met self and team (10%)
Achieve Rs 1,00,000 per customer from 75% of self-base for RM and self & team level for Senior RM.
AUM Growth objectives to be met self and team (10%)
Achieve 10% AUM growth for self-base for RM and self & team level for Senior RM.
Client sign on objectives as defined by Business Head (10%)
Achieve client sign-on objectives including recent-to-bank clients. Convert existing bank clients by offering PBG services.
Customer Relationship Management Objective (10%)
Ensure quality customer interactions updated in CRM as per desk requirements. Adhere to Client Contact Management and Personal Meeting policies, updating CRM within timelines.
Client Solutions and Product Mix Objective (10%)
Deliver benchmarked solutions based on customer needs. Gather customer feedback on solutions provided.
Functional/Industry Knowledge
Stay updated on functional and industry knowledge.
Developing people & relationships
Set a positive example, guide staff through tasks, and build rapport.
Research excellence
Maintain strong knowledge in equity and related areas.

Education:
Graduation/Post-Graduation in Marketing/Finance.
Certifications:
AMFI Certification, NCFM Certification (Optional), IRDA.
